INTRODUCTION - THIS IS SPAIN

First and foremost, let’s us get a basic knowledge about the country of Spain first. But first let me ask you if you if anyone of you have ever been in Spain whether for travelling, studying or living at there. If you guys are willing and have a plan to visit and travel to Spain, you should learn and get know about Spain. 


     As for your information, Reino de España or Spain is an amazing country and is well known for its history, locations, traditional bullfights, food, language the government, beautiful cities and beaches. It is located in southwestern Europe on the Iberia peninsula occupying 80 % of the territory which is shared with Portugal. The capital of Spain is Madrid. Spain is the 3rd largest country in Europe and the 5th in population of 46 million habitants; of which the 99% are Catholics because being Catholic became a global empire.

       Spain includes the area to the east of the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Minorca Ibiza) and the south east of the Canary Islands, to the south west separated by the strait of Gibraltar is Morocco where you can find the cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Lastly the north east borders France and Andorra. Along with France and Morocco, it is one of only three countries to have both Atlantic and Mediterranean coastlines. Spain's 1,214 km (754 mi) border with Portugal is the longest uninterrupted border within the European Union.

    In addition, Spanish territory also includes two archipelagos; the Balearic Islands, in the Mediterranean Sea, and the Canary Islands, in the Atlantic Ocean off the African coast; two major exclaves, Ceuta and Melilla, in continental North Africa; and the islands and peñones (rocks) of Alborán, Alhucemas, Chafarinas and Vélez de la Gomera. With an area of 505,990 km2 (195,360 sq mi), Spain is the second largest country in Western Europe and the European Union, and the fourth largest country in Europe. By population, Spain is the sixth largest in Europe and the fifth in the European Union.

       In the early modern period, Spain became one of history's first global colonial empires, leaving a vast cultural and linguistic legacy that includes over 500 million Spanish speakers, making Spanish the world's second most spoken first language. Spain is a democracy organised in the form of a parliamentary government under a constitutional monarchy. It is a middle power and a developed country with the world's fourteenth largest economy by nominal GDP and sixteenth largest by purchasing power parity.

         So, this is for the introduction of Spain and I will share more interesting information about Spain such the top interesting cities in Spain that you must visit when you are travelling in Spain and also about the culture, society and people behavior in Spain.
